The tricycles took forever to be shipped and they also didn’t arrive the time they were supposed to. when they arrived, due to bad packaging from the supplier, four batteries had busted open and had some leakage, and other items were damaged and didn’t work, when I told the supplier about these problems, the only thing he could do was apologize. I had to spend my money to fix these problems and it did cost me a lot of money. I also paid for some spare parts that was never delivered, when I told the supplier about this, he refused to send the spare parts/refund back the money. overall I’m very unhappy, displeased and disappointed with this company, I regret doing business with them. if you plan on doing business with them, do so at your own risk.

The process to buy and wait to arrive to America,. was easy and the delivery was on time. the package was in good condition when I received it. no parts are missing or damage. thank you ERIC ZHANG. for all the follow up you did and keep me inform all of times.
